FOUNDING TEAM MEMBERS
Dr. W. Dennis Slafer, a pioneer in the field of continuous fabrication of complex nano and microstructures. He is one of the founders of MicroContinuum, Inc., a technology development company formed by ex-Polaroid Corporation scientists and engineers that has developed and owns intellectual property related to the methods, processes and tooling for roll-to-roll production of nano and microstructure devices on flexible substrates.
Dr. Lawrence Kaufman, a serial entrepreneur with a background in solar energy and roll-to-roll production processes. He has CEO, COO and director experience in a wide variety of technology-based manufacturing and service firms. Dr. Kaufman has co-founded three companies, has been a director of twelve and has conducted successful turnarounds of underperforming companies.
Dr. Jin Ji, a scientist with extensive experience in optical phenomena related to nanoarray structures. She has authored over 30 technical papers and proposals.
B. Diane Martin, an entrepreneur with a law degree. She is a founding member of MicroContinuum, Inc. and has experience structuring companies, developing and operating strategic partnerships and in developing intellectual property strategies.
